Explosions Are Fun, Right?

Bob had feared this for a while, but had never wanted to alarm Hailey. The generators were overloading from shrinking so much biological material. The panel before him erupted and he was thrown back across the room. A shudder sent Hailey off the platform and she had to avoid falling debris. The entire lab was going up in flames. The chunks plummeting around her would be a concern to Bob, so they were a nightmare to her. She knew she could either hope Bon was still alive and save her, or she could dive down a nearby floor drain and escape the building.
