Captured

Dnaiel jumped at the crack of a twig. "What was that?" he thught. he instinctly reached for his hip, felt the empty sheath, then cursed silently for losing his knife.
He bent low to the ground. if he had to attack with his fists, he will.
"Don't be ridiculous, boy," a voice called. "We have no intentions of hurting you."
"Though if you fight, we might," came another, from behind. Daniel gasped and spun around to the second voice.
"wake up," he hissed at Isabelle. "WAKE UP!"
Isabelle sat bolt upright.
"Well? are you coming?" the voice in the fron said. Daniel spun abck towards him.
Isabelle stood up and pulled her hood over her face.
"Run," she whispered. and they darted to the left--
Right into the hands of Thomas.
"I have them, he called.
