Walking towards them was a man around late 30s. He looked very strong and he seemed to be either revered or feared by the villagers. His voice was deep and smooth and everyone seemed to hold their breaths as he spoke, "There will be no more blood shed. You must excuse us, we do not get visitor often and they are usually malevolent, and with Radigan on the rise we must be extra careful." Daniel and Isabelle just nodded, not sure what to make of this mn standing before them. "Oh, excuse me for not introducing myself. My name is Deeter."
"Hi, I'm Daniel."
"And I'm Isabelle, its nice to meet you."
"That's a pretty name Isabelle," Deeter replied. "You know, the princess has that very same name."
"Yeah I get that a lot."
Daniel just looked at her wondering why she didn't say that she WAS the princess. With a look she silenced him though.
"Are you travelling far," Deeter questioned.
"Oh, yeah. We have quite a ways to go," Daniel answered.
"Well, it'll be dark soon, and you shouldn't be meandering about that late. Do you need a place to stay until morning. I have a couple spare rooms if you want. And my daughter, who should be about your age, can show you around town and help you find anything you may need for your trip. What do you say?"
