Attack

"Attack. Attack. Help me. Help," screamed Caroline, as she tore at her clothes for authenticity and ran from the room.

Edmund ran after her calling,

"Come back you useless wench, and shut up."

He ran straight into his mother and the Butler, who had run up the stairs to see what had caused the commotion. Edmund looked at them both guiltily.

At the same time the Butler said,

"I will not have my staff being intimidated or having their reputations ruined,"

as Lady Withenstrop shouted,

"Edmund - how dare you? I need an explanation now."

Caroline came back, looking flushed and upset, trying to hold her torn dress, whilst keeping a hand to her face as if in pain.
