Still gentle. Now with 100% more omnipotence!

Ashley continued to have fun with Matt when it happened. Matt had somehow slipped and was almost about to become seriously hurt or worse. Ashley reached out to stop his fall and he stopped in mid air. The over 600 foot tall woman was very alarmed, and relieved by this revelation. But her first priority was her friend and making sure he was safe.

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Matt, are you alright?" she said with very real concern. Matt looked down and saw the ground a few feet below his shoes and up to see Ashley's immense, worried face. He didn't feel injured... In fact he felt perfectly fine despite the fact that some invisible force was keeping him up in the air. "I'm fine, Ashley...but, how am I floating in mid air like this?" he said.

Ashley was confused about this, too. She thought about having Matt on her shoulder, and just like that he disappeared and reappeared exactly where she wanted him. Finally, it clicked with her, and she said, "Matt...I think I'm the one in control of all this. I wanted you on my shoulder, and poof! You're on my shoulder. I wanted to save your life, and poof! You're hovering a few feet from certain serious injury minimum. I wonder if that ray gun you shot me with also imbued me with god-like powers?"

Matt thought it over, and figured that was probably the case. He didn't know why, but it was as good an explanation as any... But now that she could basically fix anything she broke, he wondered, "You don't intend to abuse this new power, do you, Ashley?" his giant friend shook her head and replied, "Absolutely not! Being able to fix anything I damage doesn't excuse damaging it purposely in the first place. However, there is one thing I'd like to do so I won't have to abuse it..."

Ahsley closed her big eyes and concentrated. The forest of trees she had just crushed like matchsticks righted themselves as though rewinding a film. Once the last tree had been fixed, she proceeded to lean back over the trees. This time, not a tree so much as creaked and she rested on the tree tops like a giant mattress. The red-headed giantess smiled with satisfaction at what she had done. "Perfectly giantess proof. I don't really want to stop at this size, but I also don't want to have to keep fixing everything because I break it. So, now I can't break it. The people are bound to learn of the giant girl named Ashley. I'd like for them to see me as the kind person I am, someone they can admire if they like. That sound good to you, Matt?"

Matt believed this to be the right thing, and was glad Ashley wasn't letting this power go straight to her head. He said as he still sat on her shoulder, now beside her building sized fabric-covered breasts, "Surprisingly yes, it does, Ashley." However, now that he knew he and the surroundings were safe from harm by his friend...

You have the following choices:

*Noteb*
1. Matt asks if they can play some more.

2. Ashley asks Matt if it's okay if she allows herself to grow more.

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
