Go outside.

You walk outside and look around nothing too strange so far. Then you spot 4 very athletic women, they looked like those fitness model types. You duck behind a tree and see the are running up to John your neighbor. He is an ex-football player, defensive linemen you believe. He is a mountain of a man, 6'5" 300 pounds and most of it is still muscle. One of the woman walk up to John and you can't hear the conversation but it doesn't matter because you then see her touch John's arm and then something strange happens.
