You take a sip of the wishing mixture and wish that every time he insults some one, he'll gain an inch around the belly. You didn't want him growing out of control- lord knows how you'd get it back under control- but making sure he gets his *ahem* just desserts (pun intended) is all you feel obligated to do. In any case, you sigh, and, after wishing, turn back around.
"Whatever Mike. Go ahead and watch whatever it is you absolutely have to watch," you say in a defeated tone- even though you were far from defeated.
"Whatever you say, stickman," Mike says, and you see his gut push out just like you wanted it to- perfect! You exit the den and smile to yourself.
Back in the kitchen, you yawn, and begin to pour yourself a bottle of soda, just for the caffeine (and because you were partially addicted to the stuff), before you stop with an idea. Why just one glass when you could wish for an infinate amount of soda! And the ability to hold it, of course. You put the two liter back in the fridge, finish up the glass you had poured, and then, taking your wishing mixture with you, walk back up to your room.
"Should I really be that round about?" you ask yourself. You did like soda, and it would be one way to get a big belly, but did you absolutely have to do it that way, when you could just wish for weight directly? In fact, you could just grow the same way Mike did! Or, because you didn't like insulting people, you could mooch off of the weight Mike gained. You nod when you reach a decision, take a sip from your glass, and say, "I wish that...
