Spit or Swollow?

Swizzle pours a light blue liquid into a glass and hands it to you and says," Here you go."
You take the drink and look at the liquid and think to yourself,'This will take me from 160 to 220 within a few days. Finally.'
You raise the glass to your lips and take a drink and the most horrid taste fills you mouth and you quickly swallow the liquid that's in your mouth.
"YUCK!" you shout and hang your tongue out of your mouth in disgust. You must look like you just sucked 20 lemons dry in a spilt second because the liquid tasted horrible! Like rotten eggs, the smell Mike leaves after he's done in the bathroom, the compost heap and an open sewage hole.
"Drink the rest of it or you won't gain the weight," Swizzle tells you.
You're about to complain, but you know it wouldn't do you any good. There's no point with arguing with Swizzle, so you nod and plug your nose and close your eyes and drink the rest of the revoltingly disgusting liquid.
Once it's all down you can still taste it on your tongue, you eye the sink on the other side of the room and race over to it and turn on the cool water and quickly start filling your mouth and swish the water around.

But do you spit or swallow the water?

1. Spit it out? or

2. Swollow it?
