Chapter #7

Easy as pie

    by: Theday Author IconMail Icon
"If you'll excuse me," you say with your head down," I need some private time."
"Don't take long," Dad says watching you leave.
You walk into the hospital hallways and realize you have no idea where his pants could be! You decide to ask the front desk on this level. You walk down the halls and look into the hospital rooms and wonder what's wrong with them.
You reach the front desk and a nurse smiles and ask," Hello sir, how may I help you?"
"My brother has something in his pants for me," you answer.
"You're name?" she asks typing in the computer.
"(insert your full name here)," you answer," brother to Mike (insert your last name here) of room 205."
"Oh yes," the nurse smiles," just a second." The nurse gets up and goes to the back room and comes back with Mike's huge pair of jeans," Do you have identification that you are his brother?"
You take out your wallet and show the family picture with you and your beginners driver's license.
"Thank you," smiles the nurse and hands over the jeans to you," have a good day."
"You too," you smile taking your brother's 54" jeans in your hands, they feel rather new, he must have pigged out at college.
You return to Mike's room and cleverly hide Mike's jeans behind you and slip out his wallet and give Mike the thumbs up.

"Well," Dad says," I should take (insert your name here) home and pack for your trip."
"I get the house all to myself?" you ask.
"Yep," Dad says," Grandma and Grandpa are out, so the house is yours."
"Ok," you smile trying to act mature.
"Let's go," Dad says and you get up and leave Mike's jeans in the seat and the 100 bill in your pocket.
You follow your giant Dad downstairs after you give Mike a good bye hug and wink and get into the SUV and Dad drives off.

Should you buy the Wishing Powder now? Or Tomorrow? Your folks will be gone for 5 days with Mike.
