Using all the strength his meager body could muster, Eric leaped from the edge of the dust-pan just as the colossal Janitor lifted it back into the air. He had jumped just in the nick of time. Even one second longer would have meant certain doom, trashed and left to die in a gigantic trash can.
After the giant janitor emptied the dust-pan, he returned and stood next to the counter that the minuscule professor was standing on. Eric turned his head up, and gazed upon the enormous attention grabbing janitor in pure awe. He had not truly grasped his tiny size until just then.
The King sized man lifted his mammoth hand to his mouth and let out an extended, powerful yawn. Although a little unnerved at the imposing man, Eric was fascinated and impressed at the Giant's sheer magnificence. The Professor had visited the Grand Canyon once, but the super-colossal creature looming ominously over him now seemed a hundred times more impressive.
"O.K. get a hold of yourself," Eric thought to himself. "I've got to get this big guy's attention so he can help me."
Eric waved his tiny little hands frantically and screamed up at the mountain-sized man. He continued for several minutes to no avail. His voice was much too faint to hear for the gigantic man that towered over him.
Suddenly, and with no warning, the enormous Janitor rested his gigantic hand down on the counter-top where Eric was. The powerful hand landed with a frightful ground-shaking crash just inches away from the insect-sized Professor. Eric was instantly knocked on his butt.
Eric stood up, regained his composure, and witnessed a spine-tingling sight. The giant's enormous hand was resting right next to him, and it was overwhelmingly big and intimidating. Eric was terrified to realize he was smaller than one of the hand's fingernails. And then the massive fingers started tapping the table, and the giant's hand began shifting it's position on the counter in a seemingly random manner.
The half-inch tall Professor was petrified. He realized that one of those colossal fingers could effortlessly crush him like a bug. He began to run for his life. The dreaded fingers began tapping their way closer and closer. Eric just screamed and kept running from the looming jumbo-sized digits.
