More is better

Kari thinks for a second and finally thinks "Nah. This is all for me." She takes another swing of the Liquid Conception and looks down, waiting to grow even more."

It happens slowly at first, but her stomach starts to grow even bigger. Soon it resembles a woman twelve months pregnant, over due with octuplets (thats eight, and thats how many are in there). Just out of curiosity, she takes another look at the bottle.
