Ice cream had always been one of the forbidden treats of Matt’s childhood - his parents worrying about how it might make him fat. Now, there was a freezer full of ice cream just sitting in an empty cafeteria, calling to him. He couldn’t resist. He walked into the cafeteria, scooped up one of the big pasta bowls from the pasta steam table, and bounced over to the freezer. He grabbed the scoop and filled the bowl with scoops of chocolate and peppermint ice cream. Taking a soup spoon, he sat at the nearest table and dug into the bowlful, wolfing it down as if he hadn’t eaten in weeks. The ice cream was good - rich and smooth and not too hard or too soft. In no time, he had finished the bowl and gone back for a second - this time, taking raspberry cheesecake and rocky road flavours. The second bowl vanished nearly as fast as the first, and Matt went back for a third, filling the bowl with cherry vanilla and chocolate cookie dough. When he was nearly through this third bowl, he heard a noise coming from the kitchen doors of the cafeteria. A huge man burst through them and said,
