You go grab a cage from outside the cave entrance, and examine the prisoners; one lone mouse, and two 3 cm tall humans. You lean your face in close enough to have them recoil at your breath, and you tell them "I'm so lucky!! I have 3 brilliant looking specimen; lively enough to squirm for me, but calm enough to not cause me pain; and I have more cages of prisoners besides!
The prisoners were scared to see the wolf's face so close. They noticed, scattered around the mouth, different fragments of flesh, and clothing shreds; the remnants of chewed up people, no doubt. The captives started running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and waving their arms in the air.
The wolf chuckled, and brought the cage in to the cave and set it down. Opening the cage, the wolf picks the mouse first.
