A Special Kind of Day

The more you tried to actually recollect what was going to happen today, the fuzzier it got in your brain.

It probably didn't help that you'd woken up buried in your wife's breasts, then spent breakfast under your older cousin's gargantuan glutes, then were robbed of some nice pick-me-up food and drink. The combination of all of those factors were congealing in your mind, and creating a dense fog you were having a hard time sifting through, even as you finished reforming and stood back up, brushing out the wrinkles in your clothes.

Was today the day of that Cancun trip? You and Brinley had been planning it for a while, and then Inez covered the cost of a ticket for herself and Carmine too, much to your stifled exhaustion. The four of you were going to fly down for a week, enjoy the hell out of the resort, beach, and all the relaxing amenities possible, then come back home refreshed and reenergized. Sure, there was the potential for mishaps, especially with Inez and Carmine tagging along, but surely it'd be a vacation for the memory books!

Or was today the day that you and Brinley were going to visit and scout out the world-famous pro-affected technology company, Small Wonders? Your boss at work, Linda, had begrudgingly allowed you to visit the tech giant on company time, if and only if you came back with new ideas and solutions for equipment you could get for your clinic to benefit affected. You'd been dreaming of this trip for months, and had heard so many amazing things about Small Wonders you were practically foaming at the mouth.

Or was today...a birthday? Surely it wasn't, right? And...surely it wasn't Brinley's birthday, right? Oh god, why did the more you thought about it the more it seemed like it might actually be your wife's birthday? You'd gotten her a gift, of course (a beautiful necklace with a little transparent broach with a latch, that you felt your wife could nestle something important to her in, like maybe her wedding ring when she was at work, or some such), but you still felt horrible for not saying something to her earlier!

Or was today...*TO BE ADDED*
