"Is there really no way i can come with you?" Sarah asks pleadingly.
"Sarah, i'm gonna be busy all week, meetings, lectures, presentations, i'm gonna have a packed schedule, barely anytime to be with you," Sam says apologetically.
"I don't know Honey, i'm kinda with Sarah on this," Cindy says as she enters from upstairs with a grin, "We could make it an impromtu family trip, i think it could be great for us, besides..." She picks up a phone and shows Sam the screen, "your plane isn't fully booked out, there is still seats in Economy class"
Despite having her misgivings about Cindy sometimes, Sarah was happy for the support, "see, Cindy wants to go too, can't we come with you," Sarah asks pleadingly.
"SIGH," Sam exclaims and takes a look at his wife and daughter, both looking at him expectantly, he rubs his hand through his hair, "fine, you can come. But remember, i really will be busy, so you are gonna have to go around without me for most of the week, and however much i wanna be with you in the plane, i need to meet up with some people in business class, so you are gonna have to ride without me, okay?"
"YES!" Sarah exclamis.
"My, how exciting" Cindy says cheerily.
"Hurry up and pack your things or we are gonna be late," Sam says. Cindy and Sarah both hurried up the stairs to pack before Sam stopped Sarah, "say Sarah, i might be able to get you a presentation of something if you have anything you invented ready to be shown off, i have room for 2 small things in my special case."
"Really daddy?! great, thanks!" Sarah hurries back down and grabs the remote before hurrying up to her room.
An hour later they arrive at the airport, Sarah and Cindy managed to quickly pack a suitcase each, and Sarahs remote and other invention is with her dad.
"You gonna be okay Cindy? far as i recall you hate flying," Sam said with a smile to his wife.
"I'm gonna be A-okay honey, becaaausse," Cindy lifts Sarah up by her armpits and hold her to her Chest, "I have my adorable little good luck charm with me"
"Hey let go!" Sarah protests, but Cindy simply held tighter, "No can do, we gotta stick close"
Sam let's out a light chuckle and pats Sarah's head and kisses Cindy, "well good luck you two, see you on the other side," he said as he went to business class and the other two went to Economy class, it was rather cramped, but Sarah managed to get a window seat. Much to Sarah's annoyance, Cindy held her close during the entire takeoff.
About an hour into the flight, Sarah stated to feel the need to use the bathroom so she stood halfway up when the seatbelt light lit up, "this is your captain speaking, we are encountering a bit of turbulance, please remain seated and buckle your seatbelts." Per Cindy's hasty actions, both she and Sarah was quickly buckled up, but as the plane shook Sarahs need to pee got worse, she started doing an improvised potty dance in her seat, while rubbing her legs together, and trying to hold it in.
