Option1- Season1 ep Predatory: when jack is on board airachnids finds some energon next to a cybertronian body that has no defining traits so he uses the tools with some difficulty due to his size but as he was able to get energon into this cybertronian he slipped into the energon flowing from the cube to the cybertronian Jack tries to grab something to prevent being inside a cybertronian body but wasn't able to get a grip so he gets swept into the body and he eventually is at the cybertronians spark chamber which accepts the energon but when jack enters the spark chamber it glows brightly as jack merges with the newly ignited spark and because the spark is new it no memories to clash with jacks mind The cybertronian body is glowing as it awakens but the body is more feminine shaped than masculine https://www.deviantart.com/xtechnology-1...

Option3: A few months before jack encounters arcee at his work He was biking a trail taking in what scenery jasper nevada has to offer He takes a break after a while when he sees something blue poking from the ground a little ways ahead of him so being slightly curious about it he heads towards it and as he gets closer to it he noticed the ground dips infront of indicating that it's in a hole Once he got to the edge of the hole the small blue thing was really big Jack decides to get a closer look at so he slides down the side as best as he can As he got closer he didn't notice a blue liquid coming from the crystal like object so he ends up tripping and sliding towards it Jack slides right into the crystal causing him to groan from the impact The liquid from the crystal got into jacks bloodstream from a small cut on his back that he got from sliding The liquid in jacks bloodstream starts to change him as he gets up onto his knees with a groan as he feels nauseous while his vision gets darker until he goes unconscious and when he wakes up he feels different
