Who transforms Ichika & why?

Option1- When the byakushiki entered first shift during ichika's fight with alcott as tabane may or may not have messed with it before ichika get it as she always wondered what ich-kun would look like as a girl

Option2- When Ichika was injured from the fight with the gospel and was "talking" to the IS user in his dreamlike world and when the IS user asked if he was willing to pay the price to attain power to protect his friends & family Ichika says yes with no hesitation as he would do whatever it takes to protect them so when he awakens from his unconscious state and enters byakushiki second shift ichika is transformed into a girl

Option3- Ichika gets injured fighting the unmanned IS during the class rep matches so he needs a blood transfusion Chifuyu Maya Houki Rin & Cecilia donate blood for him What they don't realize is that since it's several women donating blood especially when chifuyu donates the byakushiki recognized it as close to its user's own so it uses chifuyu's blood as a base essentially changing ichika from male to female when it includes the others
