Frank Coleman sat on the edge of his bed, packing his school bag.
It was a ritual that calmed his nerves before every school day. But today, it was a special day:
The upcoming draft weighed heavily on his mind. The final exam and he needs to pass it to go to the next level in his education career: If he gets some good result he finally can apply at Harward or Princeton to study medicine like his father, grandfather and some others of his family....
"Frank! Are you ready?" his mom called from downstairs.
"Yeah, almost!" Frank replied, trying to keep the anxiety out of his voice. He finished packing his school bag and stood up, taking a deep breath. The posters of some doctors, his idols on his bedroom walls seemed to watch him with eyes full of expectation.
He grabbed his gear and headed downstairs. His mom, a petite woman with kind eyes, was waiting.
