You open the door to nobody there

As you open the door, you see that nobody is there but see someone walking down your apartments' hallway. Seeing they are placing small hangers on the doors, you look at your own doorknob and notice a hanger advertising a newly opened clinic.

Now Open On 21st & Main!

Taking it inside and closing the door, you decide to give it a try.
