Ned could hear a knock at the door. He groaned and got up to check the door. He got a package from an unknown seller so he opened it up and checked it out. It was his state of the art shrink ray that he purchased off the black market. "Finally! I have so much planned for you little guy!" Ned said to himself while doing a little dance. He got it charged up and contemplated what to do with it first...
