A: Karmic Regression
Our protagonist is a bit of a jerk of an older sibling. Just because they're 10 now, they've decided they're too grown up to play with their younger sibling(s), and teases their (oldest) younger sibling just because they wear goodnites since they still wet the bed. Well something or other is going to make our protagonist the younger(but not necessarily youngest) one as karmic justice for their bullying ways.
