In this world, felons convicted with life in prison or execution are injected with the shrinking virus and sold in a lottery system to women who can do whatever they want with them.

The shrinking virus still does exist in the public and occasionally does affect people. Though this is extremely rare. But as long as they are gotten to a hospital within 24 hours they can be reverted. Unfortunately, Shrinking distorts the features, and shrinks are too small to see properly anyway. So accidents do happen…
