This choice: Marshall Wright, whose family is about to grow by one member • Go Back...Chapter #3Marshall Wright, whose family is about to grow ... by: SusAmogus   Marshall Wright, a headstrong man who worked as a construction worker for the city. At a towering 6'7, he had always been the giant among his peers. The redheaded man was strong, hence why he often handled most of the heavy lifting within his department...indeed, he had always been the giant among what was considered normal. But whenever his wife was around...well- Lets just say the woman was quite statuesque, and very buxom...much to the jealousy of many of his co-workers.
The door handle to the house jittered for a few moments as Marshall struggled with the keys for a bit as he always did before entering his home. The door swung open and he stepped inside...having plenty of space to enter with the humongous door behind him. He kicked off his boots before looking around the empty living room. "Honey! I'm home!" He exclaimed in a soft yell before hanging up his coat and stepping further into the living room with his socks.
His wife, Sarah, was waiting for him in the living room. She was a very special woman as she was, well, beyond average under many aspects. She was very smart, working for a big pharmaceutical company, she was incredibly strong and most importantly: she was over 3p feet tall! No one knew why, scientists tried in vain to find the root cause for her condition, and even herself participated in the research once she got her degree, but nothing ever came out.
She didn't care though, she had a loving husband... and soon she would have her own child. She walked towards Marshall, barely keeping herself together, and showed him an enormous pregnancy test: it was positive.
He smiled upon seeing his wife sitting on the couch, looking as beautiful and mighty as ever. Her frame above 30 feet in height made her a true giant....his blue eyes followed her as she stood up to her massive height. The house shook with every step of her wide and mighty frame...before he took note of how Sarah was almost in tears. In concern he suddenly frowned. "Sarah? Is everything alright hun?" He began to ask before she crouched in front of him, showcasing an enormous....pregnancy test?
And....wait a minute- "...Positive?" He paused, time seeming to slow down as he looked up at his wifes face, back down at the test, and then up to her face once more. Before he realized it his eyes had begun to tear up as well. "S-seriously...? Are you...?" He began to ask, but the look on her face was enough as the big softie quickly hugged his wife's leg as best as he could. Tears were streaming down his face out of happiness....gah, what a big baby he was!
