Michiru walks into a dark city, surrounded by shadows and buildings. "Where is everyone?" She said to herself. She then looked up on a roof to find a mysterious figure, resembling a wolf. "Wuh?" Looking back again, it was gone. Suddenly, she heard howling. "Gah!" Many figures began to emerge from the shadows. surrounding her with nowhere to run. Just as things were going to get ugly, bright lights shined, along with hundreds upon hundreds of Beastman. "H-Huh!? A... A festival? *Hahaha* And everyone's a Beastman like me! I don't have to hide myself anymore!" She shouted as she threw her cloak in celebration. After watching the brief introduction, Michiru went to various vendors, buying some wares here and there."*Phew* Glad that I held back on that mink twice now..." A relieved expression showed on her face. "Hm... Where now?" She bumped into another Beastman. "Oof!" She looked up to see a wolf crying. "Do you hear it? The sounds of the festival... We've been waiting 1000 years for this moment. cherish it..." He said in an almost monotone voice. "This city's filled with weirdos...." She muttered to herself. Looking back, he was gone. Where did he go..?" She said in confusion. "Oh well! Back to the festival!" She saw a stand with an all-you-can-eat mochi. "W-Wow! All-you-can-eat..." Michiru readily rushed over to the stand and paid the fee. She then drowned herself in delicious mochi. "Mmm! It's even better than the human mochi!" She continued to gorge herself silly, stuffing her gut while doing so. It began to turn more and more solid, allowing her tank top to ride up a bit more as she got fuller and fuller. "Ooh! I think I'm at my limit here." She eyed another piece of mochi. "...Maybe one more..." She grabbed it and got jumpscared by Marie.
"Ahh! W-Where did you come from!?" Michiru shouted as she dropped her mochi. "We meet again. Let's just get down to business, shall we? You held back on me again. That's not very nice, is it? I knew you were going to stop by here anyway, so might as well witness it with my own eyes." Marie snarked. "Do you really expect me to give you all my money!?" Michiru shouted. "I did save your life. Sounds like a fair trade." Marie cocked a sassy brow. "Yeah, after almost sacrificing me to the sharks!" As Michiru was engaged in the conversation, a monkey reached into her tail, stealing her wallet. "H-Hey! That's mine!" Michiru shouted. "Oh, you poor thing." Marie cracked a grin. "You two are in cahoots, aren't you!?" "I have no idea what you're talking about. The monkey's getting away though." Michiru ran after him, unable to keep up with his incredible speed. "Thief! Stop that monkey! Hey! Somebody help!" She eventually walked into the alleyway, the monkey vanishing like magic." "Where did he..? She then saw a wolf in a coat, leaving with a briefcase. "Graaaaah!" She hits a pillar in frustration, only for the monitor above to become unstable. It then begins to fall at a frantic rate. The Beastman scream as they run from the scene. Unfortunately, Michiru sees an elderly goat right in the middle of the monitor's path. "He's not going to make it!" She ran as fast as her overstuffed belly allowed. "Not good, not good! I shouldn't have eaten all that mochi! I shouldn't have eaten all that mochi!" Just before the inevitable, the wolf from earlier pushed the two out of the way, securing their lives. "Gah!" Michiru got pulled up by the ears.
"Did you do it..?" The wolf said in a sinister voice. "What..? Of course, I didn't! I was a witness you know!" She protested. "Then who did?" He asked. "That guy..." She muttered to herself as a flashback played. "What guy?" He asked. "The wolf. He was up to some shady stuff, let me tell ya!" Michiru chuckled nervously. The wolf then used his incredible scent to detect the true culprit. "My apologies. I must be going." He dropped Michiru, falling on her face as he leaped into action. "Hey, wait! I need help with..!" Michiru followed the mysterious wolf to witness him on the battlefield, fighting a group of terrorists. "Why did you ruin the festival!?" The wolf said while dodging various gunfire. "It's a survival of the fittest! Beastman needs to do what is necessary to survive!" One of the terrorists shouted. As the mysterious wolf took care of the other two members, the wolf in the coat put a knife to Michru's throat. "One more step and she's dead!" He shouted. He suddenly appeared behind him. "No! You're the one who's dead!" He then began beating down the other wolf. "Okay! I think he gets it!" He ignored Michiru's comment and continued. "Please stop!" A similar result occurred. "I said stooooop!" Her tail began to glow and expand, knocking the mysterious wolf away. "Why are people hurting each other!? This city's a paradise for Beastman!" Michiru shouted with a stern expression. These scum aren't worthy of such a title! Any Beastman who works with humans is a disgrace to our society!" The wolf growled. "That's not true! Not all humans are the same!" "Every human is the same!" He quickly responded. "No! Your wrong! I used to be a human too!" Michiru's face becomes more agitated. "You're clearly a tanuki." He muttered. "Not this again! I'm a raccoon!" "A raccoon's tail..." "That's not important!" Michru interrupted. "I'm human! At least... I used to be!" She shouted once more. "...Then what are you..?" The wolf asked.
