Inspiring Writer, Willow

Willow Wire is a young 20 year old woman at a size of 5 foot 2 inch height, who always finds joy in the world of literature, and wishes to be a great writer one day, making classics to stand the test of time.

She was in an old book store, pushing her wavy raven hair to the side and adjusted her small reading glasses, looking over many books and found some to her liking, and as she was finished picking out her next book to read and hopefully inspire her, she noticed something flash red among one of the stack of books, and when she looked she found a particular looking book.

The book was decently thick, and it's cover was the color of red and white, with a white circle in the middle, making it look like the iconic pokeball design. Although, with the title "pokenote" on the corner, its safe to assume that was intentional. Curious, she opens it up and looks through it, but found it to be something like a journal or note book, but completely blank, with the exception of the first page, which states.

Rules of the pokenote

Rule 1: If you write someone's name, they will become a Pokemon anthro. If you describe what kind of Pokemon they become and give extra details about body, personality, etc, those details will be added to the final form

Rule 2: You cannot write the same person's name more than once and you cannot add changes once the transformation begins. Only the user will be aware that anything has changed unless something is written that would contradict that

Rule 3: This only works with official pokemon, no other media or fakemons will be recognized here

Rule 4: Have fun!

When she asked about it to the store owner, He simply shrugged and said "I'm not sure? Maybe someone left it behind and forgot about it."

Willow looked at it, maybe it was some kind of game, like those that someone would read the book, and then leave the book elsewhere for somebody else to play with it, and she just happened to be the first? It would not be the first time she played that game.

"I think I'll take it with me." Willow said.

"Finders keepers, I guess." The shop owner said.

Thanking the young worker, Willow was about to leave the store with the book, and stopped right next to the entrance. Opening the book up, Willow decides to give the book a try and test it on...
