Breathless, I pull myself on to the counter. When I look down, I can't believe how far away the ground looks from here. The spider is gone, but I decide to stay up on the counter for now. I marvel at the size of what used to be everyday objects but now look more like strange buildings. I walk past a massive tube of toothpaste. Next to which sits my brother's toothbrush.
Seeing it gives me a idea. I go over to the bristles, which looks like some strange long white grass. I lower my pants and rub my bare butt all over his toothbrush. Payback for the time he dipped mine into the toilet.
I continue to the other side of the counter where my sister keeps her stuff. Abby's make-up brushes stand tall like strange trees. She has always been a little messy. Hair ties and Bobby pins lie all over the place. One of her bras is half in the open draw. There is also a chewed wad of gum sits on the counter.
Just then, the water turns off in the shower. Not want to be found, I look for a place to hide. Abby's open draw is the closest thing, so I dive inside. I land with a splat in a thick substance that smells like flowers. It takes me a second to realize that it is a tub of lotion that my sister forgot to put the lid back on. The substance squishes around me as I try to climb out, but I can barely move.
I hear my brother leave the bathroom as I continue to struggle to get out of the lotion. I have barely made any progress when the bathroom door opens again. I see the giant figure of my sister. The shower starts up again, and I continue to make my way to the edge. The lotion is like quicksand, sucking me down if I move too quickly. I am completely covered, barely able to see as I near the edge.
It must have taken me longer than I thought to get through the substance because I no longer hear the shower. Just as the thought of Abby needing lotion enters my head, her colossal hand plunges into the tub. I get scooped up with a blob of cream. I try to move, but it is no use. I am stuck as Abby rubs it on to her....
