Miss sweetwater walks over to the class storeroom, returns with a cart full of pickle jar sized baby food jars, multiple spoons, multiple blindfolds and says “time for some baby food identification exercises, cause after all, how can you be an obedient baby during feeding time if you don’t know what you’re eating. So, for this exercise, can everyone please get into groups of 3”.
Thinking quickly, you decide to pair up with the only 2 people in this class that you know; Randall and Tyler, this works out since you discover that Randall is in the dorm room next to you. Once everyone is grouped up, miss sweetwater gives each person in each group a spoon, a blindfold and 3 jars of baby food, walks back to the front of the class and says “here’s how this exercise will work, the jars in front of you consist of a vegetable, a protein and a full meal, you’ll have to work as a group to correctly identify the 9 jars your group has, what’s going to make it a bit more trickier though, is that only one person in your group may eat at a time and the person eating will be blindfolded. Now with this exercise I will allow you to feed yourself if you choose to, well then, get to it”.
You put on your blindfold and immediately begin tasting, the vegetable was carrots, you were incredibly sure of that, the protein was a little bit harder but you were sure that it was chicken, the meal was the hardest, you tasted peas and something that tasted like chicken but you knew full well that it wasn’t chicken.
You thought a bit more and eventually your group answer sheet was completed, your answers were carrots, chicken, and Garden pea & turkey pie. Randall’s answers were sweet potatoes, strained pork, and Roast Lamb Dinner & Vegetables with a hint of rosemary. Tyler’s answers were broccoli, beef, and super scrummy Salmon Risotto with a sprinkle of cheese.
After all the answer sheets were collected your group ended up getting all of the answers correct, along with a large majority of the class. As the main door opens and miss Ruth and the rest of the caretakers entered the class, you hear miss sweetwater say “i hope everyone had fun today, I’m gonna get your personal caretakers to drop 3 jars of baby food to yo our dorm room, I expect those jars to be brought back to me empty by next class”
Among a sea of babies and caretakers, Ruth carries you out of the classroom towards
