Another fart comes blasting out Nami who simply giggles from above. She doesn't seem embarrassed at all which only reinforces the idea of you not being worth or seen as more than a literal toilet and receptacle for their filth.

A rotten smell fills the air, even more so than her farts. You can't do anything else than look up in terror as Nami's tight asshole opens up to reveal a long log of shit descending in speed towards your mouth. The log breaks off and lands with a sickening splat into your mouth.
Before your body even has time to taste Nami's shit it recoils in disgust under the floor, trying to fight it's confinement but unable to move an inch. Just the mere thought of the literal crap
currently in your mouth makes you gag violently. It then gets way worse when your taste buds actually registers the taste of the greasy log sitting inside your mouth.
"Would you stop struggling and crying so much and just eat my shit already!? If you spill any of my shit or refuse to eat it...we might just have to torture or dispose of you!" Nami comments above with a grin on her face.
You regret ever saying you'd happily accept any position of servitude to these pirate girls. Sadly it appears there is no way to back out anymore and you decide you may as well obey them as much as you can to avoid further torment.
Reluctantly you bring your teeth into the solid turd in your mouth. Your eyes widen even further than before to the point your eyes feels like they might pop out of your skull. The taste of Nami's shit explodes inside your mouth and sends waves of the most rancid and rotten taste you could ever even have imagined down your taste buds and body. Tears are streaming down your cheeks and you gag violently in between bites while also holding back sobs.
"Oh my god hahaha! This is hilarious. It's so funny knowing how much you regret everything but can't do anything about it! You might as well get used to it shit eater! Now hurry up, I got more crap for you to eat!" She giggles above you, not a care in the world for the inhumane treatment you are being put through.
You have to fight your body like hell as you aggressively chew the log in your mouth into chunks of shit to swallow. By the time you've somehow manage to fight back the urge to vomit and swallow down the shit Nami dropped into your mouth, your body is utterly exhausted.
"Better keep that disgusting mouth open loser because here comes another one!"
You feel your hearth drop as Nami's words connect with your brain. Of course that wasn't all of it...
The arrogant and laughing hottie above you keeps pushing out more shit into your waiting mouth. You spend the next minutes once again fighting your own body and it's senses to miraculously swallow all of Nami's solid turds down your stomach. By the end of the whole ordeal you feel yourself being on the brink of consciousness. Through blurry vision you see Nami's face looking down at you.
"Wow, you look terrible loser. And ewww you smell like shit haha! Here!" *Hrrrrk* *Ptui* She spits out a glob of phlegm infused which misses your mouth and splats over your face instead. "Ooops hahaha! To be fair though....isn't this type of treatment what your were paying me before this? I bet your pathetic dick is all hard and gross underneath the floor!" Nami laughs before proceeding to wipe her crack and throwing the paper onto your face. She then leaves with a final laugh.
You've never felt more pathetic or more violated in your life. Still, you begin to chew the shitty paper down like a good slave. What just happened was more disgusting than you could ever have imagined, and yet there was some reality in Nami's cruel words. You did in fact feel your submissive masochist cock twitching and getting hard in it's confined space underneath the floor.
It doesn't take long for your exhausted self to pass out just a couple minutes after chewing down Nami's used toilet paper.
