Derek couldn't even move due to the fear freezing his body, leaving him to simply stare as Adric walked right towards him, craning his neck to see the face of his younger brother, so high it looked like it reached the clouds. His monumental foot barely missed the shrunken teen, creating a powerful shockwave that sent him flying across the carpet, landing under the coffee table.
Dan placed snacks over the table, the kids being hungry to eat them, following suit as the birthday boy sat down before the table. Derek panicked as he saw the feet heading towards him again, but he was lucky they only blowed him away a short distance this time. And it wasn't just his brother, his friends also started extending their feet under the table, leaving the teen trapped in the middle of a fortress of feet.
The kids started eating their snacks, from chips to cookies, any crumb they left likely to be as big as the teen they had in the middle of their feet. While he had hoped those bare feet would remain mostly away from him, Tyson extended his foot right in Derek's direction, forcing him to run away, a futile effort since a single step from these kids could overcome what would take him several minutes of running. Being sent flying to the middle of the table, he saw what was actually happening: the hungry kids were playing footsies. Such a simple and childish game, yet enough to end his life if he wasn't careful on his next move.
