This choice: You decided to hitch a ride with a new body...hopefully you work fast enough • Go Back...Chapter #5You decided to hitch a ride with a new body...h... by: RushAlias   Being as stealthy as possible you decided to check the other occupants of the inn to see if there were any...decent options available for transportation. While you found a few pokemon that could fly or swim very fast...none were exactly up to the standards you needed to make it back to the village. Most certainly none of them worth trading this body for. That was until you found her.
Sleeping peacefully in her room was a Gardevoir...particularly one that was teal instead of the usual green the species was known for. This was perfect. Within your bag you had a tm for teleport. All you needed to do was possess the Gardevoir and use the tm and you would have a means of reaching your mentor without any worry. Stealthily sneaking back into your room, your proceeded to ...strip...yourself of your current skin. Concentrating on summoning the orb....you placed into your body.
"Welp...time for it to get weird," You grimaced as you felt yourself start to separate from the Zoroak you had called home for the past few weeks. Much like before you felt disoriented as you blacked out. When you awoke you felt like you had been buried under a lot of cloth. Making your way to the nearest light source you found yourself escape the skin of the still hollowed out Zoroak. "It never stops being weird," You thought. Still you had a few hours before the body would return to normal. That was more than enough time to get to Richie. You pressed your paw on the fox suit's head calling out the orb before grabbing it and the TM before making your way to the Gardevoir.
Now back in your mouse body it was easy to sneak around now. You made your way to the Gardevoir's room being as silent as well..a mouse. Taking care...you tossed the orb at the pokemon. Just like usually it disappeared in a flash of light upon contact. The Gardevoir's body soon began to sink into the bed as it was hollowed out by the power of the orb. "Perfect," You told yourself as you leapt on top the bed.
Moving fast than before you scurried down her throat as the orb worked its magic. You were pulled in as your own mind and body began melding with her own. Perhaps it was your increase usage of the orb but you found yourself waking up just as quickly. From the looks of it you were getting more accustomed to the orb. That was good...it meant future uses with the orb could be a lot faster and smoother in case of emergencies. Standing up you once again felt impressed by the sudden shift in body type. While the Zoroak was more...dominant or tough...ready to fight or get down and dirty....Gardevoir's body felt a lot lighter. You took sometime to examine your body....taking notice how your legs and arms were much slender now and overall you felt a little weaker than before but still not as weak as when you were a pikachu. You cupped your new breasts finding it strange of despite being slightly smaller they were still just as soft as before. Surprisingly the skin of Gardevoir was just as soft despite lacking any fur like Zoroak's.
"Focus, Chupeli" you told yourself. You were getting distracted by your new body. Whether it was a good thing or bad thing you had to decide but it could prove useful. Looking for where the tm was you thought to go get before the TM started floating before coming to you on its own. "Damn..." You thought. Between the Zoroak having stronger and faster bodies as well as their illusions or the psychic's having these cool mental abilities...you pikachu's had really gotten the short end of the stick. Nevertheless it seemed you had finally gotten chance to change that as given enough prep time...you could become any pokemon you wanted.
You used the tm learning the new teleport move, surprisingly it didn't ask you to forget any. Strange because from what you could tell this Gardevoir had her maximum four moves learnt. Calm mind, psychic, hyper voice and shadow ball. Curiously though she had a strange stone on her person...one you didn't recognized but it seemed to practically cling to her body as if refusing to be removed. You reached to touch the stone located on a choker on her neck. The moment your fingers touched it a surge of power went through you body. You felt a familiar feeling...one you had only felt as a pichu before becoming a pikachu....evolution.
Your body was enveloped in light as it began to change...growing in power. When the light died down You noticed that the Gardevoir's body had changed. Its gown became longer and wider, resembling a bridal gown though it was now black. The forearms are slightly thicker with a pointed extension above the elbow, resembling gloves that were also black. Its facial spikes are larger and now curl upwards. In contrast, its hair was now shorter and more tightly curled. There were now two horns in the center of its chest, extending to either side.
"How is this possible," You thought as you stared at the transformed stated you were in. You wouldn't lie...you certainly felt more powerful. Perhaps it was the nostalgia of the Zoroak body talking but you felt the familiar dominance return although now it also had Gardevoir's elegance and lightness attached. That still didn't quell your curiosity. Gardevoir was a supposed final form pokemon. It couldn't have evolved any further...unless...
"No way," You thought. Had you actually stumbled on one of the few pokemon who could use mega evolution. You had heard the rumour about it...various pokemon ascending in power beyond there limits. It was thought that only legendary pokemon could evolve like that but rumors still persistent that pokemon like Charizard or Lucario could ascend in power like this. Who would have thought you would be able to get this power.
Reaching back got the choker...you pressed the stone and immediately felt the energy exhaust itself leaving your body. It wasn't that you were tired per say but going from a stronger form to a weaker one was not a feeling you enjoyed. Though admittedly most pokemon wouldn't understand the feeling as they just grew stronger with evolution...you meanwhile could grow weaker if you left a stronger skin.
Still you could ponder about this sudden new power and body later...you still had a friend to visit....testing your teleport move...you found yourself back in your room with the Zoroak skin....grabbing the skin you packed into you bag making sure it was easily conceal. With the skin properly hidden you concetrated....you focused on the edge where the village met the forest and within the blink of an eye you found yourself where your journey started.
You no long felt the same kind of fear you once did...Mega Gardevoir's power could easily smash Mama Tyranitar now...but you still needed to check your friend without raising any alarms. You teleported to the old mentor's room noticing the Raichu sound asleep. He was sick but alive....that was a relief. You were going to wake him up...but then an idea hit you...the old mouse was a bit of a pervert....perhaps you could pretend to be a Gardevoir who sensed he was dying and came to gave him some relief. It would make for a quite a life....or you could just save the drama and reveal yourself....either one was favourable honestly. Regardless...as you stared at the bag with Zoroak skin you knew you had a way to help your fellow electric mouse deal with his age and health.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
