It was around 6pm on saturday night. Not just any Saturday.... today was her sweet 16 birthday. She had taken her drivers test first thing this morning so she could get to and from work all on her own. Weirdly enough Callie had a text from her parents saying to get ready to go out to dinner tonight to celebrate but upon entering the house, it was empty. Lights all off with no one around. Maybe they were just running late? Their was a delicious looking cake on the counter. That must be for after dinner she thought. Realizing her feet were killing her after a long day at work she sits on the couch to wait for her parents to come home for dinner.

Callie’s family and friends looked up in horror as Callie returned home. They had planned a surprise birthday party but shortly before Callie arrived home their was a flash of light and everyone shrunk to about half an inch tall. With every step Callie took, their world shook. They had to get her attention or they would be squished to death but any interaction posed a threat in itself. Callie’s parents lucked out being on the counter since nothing was touched. What will happen to the ones on the floor or the ones currently on the couch..... where Callie is now relaxing.
