Her reaction is split between the fear of continuing to use her powers to absorb fire and aid her teammates and the way she no longer receives any comments about how muscular or manly she looked.

Tired of the comments about her muscular body, the self conscious way she reacts to them and how it seems to be an obstacle to achieve her romantic dreams, Maki tries to change her habits in order to make it more feminine looking. However, things start going wrong and she finds herself developing another body type as a byproduct of her efforts to expand her breasts and butt. Now a new type of insecurity develops as the misleading appearance might drive away potential suitors, believing since she looks pregnant she must already have a partner.

In a similar way to the first scenario, when Iris' hidden powers start developing they also seem to bring a strange side effect that alters her body with the array of transformations that line up with permanent fake pregnancy and the probable damage to her reputation as a sister thanks to her new appearance.

For causes just as unknown as the spontanous human combustion that turns people into infernals, the Fire force squads start to deal with puzzled amazement how the phenomenon no longer affects women, or at least no longer affects them in the same way. Now instead of becoming dangerous pyrokinetic beasts some of their feminine features get altered in such a way that makes them look pregnant. This forces the squads to revamp their research efforts to understand what on earth is going on as more and more women get affected by this, as this can translate into a disaster of enormous proportions if the changes suddenly stop being so relatively harmless.
