While you were lost in thought about what you were going to do in the next couple of hours, you suddenly hear a woman.
“And what are you doing here?” You froze in fear. You’ve been in trouble before, but that voice didn’t sound very familiar. You turn your head, to see an older woman.
With dark skin, large blue hair. She had an admittedly skinny frame, and she was slightly taller than you. She was beautiful though, as the woman had her arms crossed over her chest.
Who was she? Was she a new teacher or something? Everyone else was in class, so that’s why she focused on you.
“M-Me?” You ask like an idiot. “Oh I was uh just going to class.” Always a good lie to tell a teacher.
“No, what are you doing here? This is an all girls school.” She said. “Were you here talking to that girlfriend just then?”
You blink a couple of times, unsure how to continue. “N-No. I’m a student here actually.” Obviously she didn’t believe you. So you awkwardly explained that your dad was friends with Cynthia, and you were allowed here, and that you were nothing but a gentleman with all the girls.
“Cynthia.” She said putting two fingers to her temple. “Do you know where her office is?”
“Y-Yeah!” You say to her. “I’ll show you, since you know... I go to school here.” She thanked you, but you still get the feeling she doesn’t trust you.
-
You led the woman to the office, as Diantha wasn’t in there, so you opened the door to Cynthia.
“Hmm, (Your Name)?” She asked reading a book on her desk.
“She’s uh... right here?” You let the woman walk through, and Cynthia suddenly got a bit concerned.
“Geeta!” The blonde principal said.
“Cynthia.” The woman named Geeta said. “I see you’ve been busy, how are you?”
“Well, MY academy is just a well oiled machine thanks to me. What brings over this... pleasant visit.” Well, this has your interest. The two woman stepped together and hugged each other, but... was there hostility.
“I thought you were working that boring business. Or... were you getting the CEO’s Coffee and decided to come visit?” Cynthia said with a false smile.
“A secretary? I run that business Cynthia. I suppose you wouldn’t know, just being a little principal.”
“#1 Girls Academy in the world, little?” There was defiantly some passive aggression here! You think this might actually turn to a cat fight!
“Girls, and one boy?” She said gesturing to you. “Is he enrolled to this academy? If so, Cynthia I give you too much credit.”
Cynthia didn’t let the insult stay. “He’s father is a good friend to me, in fact if you remember... he was my prom date.” Cynthia said this with confidence, as Geeta looked at you.
“Wait he’s... wow. He does look like him.” So you look like your old man, that’s good since you got to enrol here.
Little backstory between Cynthia and Geeta. Rivals, from elementary school to... well now. They were always number #1 and #2, in changing orders. Always competing during their life and even though they took different routes with adulthood, that rivalry hasn’t gone away.
Oh, and Geeta was going to ask your dad to Prom, but Cynthia got to him minutes before... so that happened.
Geeta took steps forward to you as the woman looked over you side to side.
“A-Am I good... can I leave?”
“You may (Your Name).” Your Principal said as you turned away.
“Actually, (Your Name) stay.” Geeta said as Cynthia frowned.
“(Your Name), leave.”
“Stay.”
“Leave.”
“Stay!”
“Leave!” You were confused at the constant back and forth.
“Stay,” Geeta said. “I came here planning on enforcing a work experience here a-”
“No.” Cynthia said as Geeta frowned at her.
“But I am offering it to you. $20 an hour, and... here’s my business card.” Geeta said offering.
“W-What do you do?” You ask as you see Cynthia in the background! She was fuming!
“We can discuss that later (Your Name).” Geeta smiled, a beautiful smile. Placing a hand on your shoulder, and... kiss!
Well kiss on the cheek, but it was enough to leave a teenage boy like you flustered! Geeta left, as you were alone with your card! Well, and Cynthia.
“So uh... you two know each other?” You nervously chuckle, before Cynthia walked up to you. The first time you’ve seen her actually angry.
“At no point, will you contact her. You work at her company, you are expelled.” Cynthia said simply as, holy crap! The hatred is deep! There must be some history!
-
Later on that night, you were sitting on your bed as you can’t help but look at the card. 20 an hour is good right, you are a kid so you wouldn’t know. Plus, Geeta planted a kiss on your cheek. It wouldn’t be the worst thing right... and Cynthia doesn’t need to know.
Working for a pretty woman like Geeta. Eventually you come to the choice, as you grab your phone and dial her number.
You left a message on her work phone, but it was enough. “H-Hey uh... it’s me Mrs Geeta, Miss? A-Anyway. I’m in uh... willing to take the job, whatever it is.” You did it, you might get expelled, but you got a job. “I’m in.” You hung it up, after making such a big choice, before you got a message very quickly.
“Be at 43 Paldea St, 8 tomorrow morning.
- Geeta.
It was quick, and you are going to have to skip school, but it will be totally worth it. A smile on your face as you lay down and get comfortable. So you got a job now, working for Geeta who kissed you on the cheek. A memory that you can’t really get out of your mind.
You go to sleep, eager to see her again.
Now, this job? What will it be?
