You wake up and have some breakfast while looking out the window of your apartment block. Sadly you don't earn enough to get a home so renting this place is all you could do.
All of a sudden you hear a knock on your door and you go ahead and open it. You're then greeted by a woman who's smiling at you and says. "Hello, I'd like to discuss something with you. May I come inside?" She asks.
"Well alright, come on in." You say and let her in guiding her to the table. You both sit down and you wonder what she has to say.
Before she says anything new however she suddenly takes her coat off and reveals herself as a succubus leaving you surprised as you look all over her.She has long blue hair, A great pair a breasts and a nice ass. Big bat like wings coming from her back and a tail which all by all makes her very attractive.
She giggles and speaks again. "I can see you're surprised. Yes, I'm a succubus and my name's Sarah. Don't worry though. I'm not here to get your soul or anything. I actually want to come live with you as a maid." She says.
You then talk again. "What do I have to pay you?" You ask since you don't have much money to spare.
Sarah laughs. "I don't need any money. Just this place to live with you." She says and comes close to you.
"So, want me as your maid?" She asks seductively.
You blush as red as a tomato and quickly agree. Then Sarah kisses you on the cheek and says. "Thank you master. Now allow me to start."
