A bodyhopper is on the loose in the town of Rotherham, and discovers the many beauties and studs working at Wilko and the surrounding stores. There can be two different types of hoppers, either ones that possess their victims and those that body swap with their victims. Both have the ability to choose if their victims are aware of what had occurred or to be unaware, thinking that everything was always that way or their actions while possessed are their own.
Someone finds a an ancient spell tome, containing hundreds of pages of spells. Some spell examples are possession, mind control, astral projection, trait and body swapping, the possibilities are near infinite. The finder of the tome doesn't have to be an employee either, they could be a relative of a worker or even a random person who knows one of the employees.
An odd app is installed on someone's phone and is unable to be uninstalled. Over time and with more usage, more features can be unlocked. Similar to the previous options, the app can have a wide array of uses and features. The app is also attached to the soul, meaning that it would appear on whatever phone was in front of the original discoverer of the app.
Another option could be that someone discovers that they aren't quite human. A mutant, they had the ability to merge and absorb anyone. Absorbing and merging with someone else, they could pick and choose what they wanted to take. For example, if the mutant had small breasts and merged with someone who had large breasts, they could make their breasts anywhere in the middle, as well as their entire body, able to go change between 100% themselves and 100% the other at will. The mutant could also choose if their victims were kept aware or not, being able to read and modify their memories as well.
