Harry should have known to be careful around any of the materials that the Weasley twins kept lying around. Really, over the last couple of years you would have thought that he would have been more careful about what he touched, especially with unknown items out in the open. But nope, he just had to go and get into an entirely new situation that there was really no guarantee of him getting out of.
It wasn’t long after the holiday Order meeting that Harry had decided to head off for some alone time. He was relieved that Mr. Weasley was alive after Nagini attacked him, but it didn’t mean he was comfortable with the constant excess gratitude that was coming from him and Mrs. Weasley. So the first chance he had to sneak away, he took it. Wandering around the House of Black, he still couldn’t contain his awe that this was where Sirius lived when he was younger. Even if he hadn’t lived here for so long, the house just seemed to speak the history of the Black Family.
Harry walked into a side hallway into a sitting room with a fire, some boxes were scattered around the room but not much else besides the usual furniture. Sighing, the teenager slumped onto the couch, his eyes closed, just enjoying the quiet. His eyes slid back open and landed on the box in front of him, sitting on the coffee table. ‘Must be something from one of the others,’ the raven couldn’t help but think as he leaned forward. He saw a small “WWW” on the side of the open lid and snorted. ‘Gred and Forge are leaving their materials all over again.’
Tilting his head, the Boy-Who-Lived was curious about what other products his funds had been put towards. Being a silent partner in their joke venture was a smart idea and it made them happy. Reaching in he started sifting around when he felt a zap go through his fingers. Stiffening with a gasp, Harry felt as if his very body was twisting in on itself, shifting in its form. ‘Merlin, what did the Twins come up with now?! I feel like I’m turning into something else?!’
Yet as soon as the feeling was there, it was gone, leaving the Potter to question what he had been turned into.
