"Iris-sama" Claire said as she entered the room, her eyes slightly more open than usual, gulping as she saw the 'princess' crossing her arms.
"It's done, Claire?" Kazuma glared at her, tilting his head.
"Yes, Iris-sama, we're finally done, would you like to see it now?"
"Of course I do! That's why I requested it!" Kazuma shouted as he followed Claire to another room in the palace, a hall away from the rook where he waited an hour for them to finish, the first thing he saw was his not so bright friend, Aqua wearing a dirty apron and holding a chisel in one hand, she was standing next to what looked like a child's attempt to play a ghost, a white sheet covering something about her height.
"Ta-da!" Aqua said as she extended her arms in the direction of her creation, removing the sheet and allowing him to see it.
Kazuma let out a gasp as he laid eyes on his requested piece of art, a pale copy of him made of marble, he was amazed to see Aqua hadn't just managed to made it but she had even nailed the smallest details, the slightly spiky hair, the right size of eyes, the nose and mouth fit, she got right his adventurer's clothes and even made him wielding a sword pointing to the air!
"Heh, I see you're amazed, it's only natural, I'm a goddess after all!" Aqua smiled as she kissed her chisel.
"Do you like it, Iris-sama?" Claire asked, a smile appearing on her face as she emerged from behind him.
"Uhh...." Kazuma wasn't sure what to say, he had not expected them to actually do it, specially not in one hour, but he didn't want to end his fun now, as he saw Claire's expression wavering between a smile and a frown he realised something, threatening them was fun but it would eventually rise suspicion, the real Iris would never be as tyrannical as him, so he decided to do something different, something these two would expect from a frail little girl.
"Sniff..." Kazuma passed the back of his hand through his nose, looking to his feet as he started his charade.
"Iris-sama?" Claire asked as she kneeled next to him, but keeping her distance from the cruel 'princess'.
"She didn't like it!?" Aqua yelled as she looked around the room, ready to throw her chisel at any window and escape certain death, unfortunately there wasn't any on this room, "Kazuma, you useless NEET! Even as a statue you ruin my life!" Aqua yelled as she punched her creation, not being able to do any real damage to it.
"Don't be mean!" Kazuma shouted as he rubbed his now teary eyes, looking straight at Aqua and Claire, "You're all always so mean with Kazuma-sama! And so nice with everyone, specially with me! He's my hero! I just...I just couldn't stand it anymore, sorry if screamed at you, but please be nice to him!" after saying that Kazuma buried his hands on his hands, sobbing his eyes out until her gelt two hands falling on his shoulders.
"Iris-sama" said Claire, her eyes more open than before, a blush on her face as tear went down his cheek, "We're so sorry for being so mean with Kazuma-sama!"
"I'm not!" yelled Aqua, the sound of her fist hitting the statue becoming ambient noise.
"Aqua-sama!" Kazuma shouted, his face red as he washed away some of his tears with one hand, "I've always thought that the goddess Aqua w-was much more powerful, s-smart and pr-pretty than the goddess Eris, but seeing you act like this...maybe I was wrong all along about her!" he shrieked, once again hiding his face on his hands.
"Wait, wait, wait! I'm wait better than that flat chested excuse for a goddess! So please don't stop worshipping me and please stop crying!" she shouted, now standing next to Claire.
"Sniff...would, would you do something for me?" Kazuma asked, the blush on his face growing as he looked at the duo who just nodded at him, "Would you help me start the Kazuma day?"
"Kazuma day?" asked the two woman in unison, looking at eachother with raised eyebrows as they turned back to the sobbing 'princess'.
"Yes!" the boy nodded, "A special day to be all together as friends as we celebrate the great hero of Belzerg, Kazuma-sama!"
"Celebrate Kazuma?" Claire asked, giving him a grimace of disgust.
"Yes...sniff" once again Kazuma passed the back of his hand through his nose, looking at both women with teary eyes, "I...I just wanted to spend a fun day with all of my friends and Kazuma-sama, but it seems you're too busy today..."
"No!" Claire yelled, her face now practically glued to his own, "I'll never say no to Iris-sama! I live to serve you, my lady!"
"The goddess Aqua always has time for her faithful followers!" Aqua shouted, also kneeling next to him.
"That wonderful! I'm so happy to hear that!" Kazuma smiled as he washed away his tear, glad his plan was working now he just needed to start this brand new holiday.
