         "...you can't wear any clothing to cover your bottom half other than panties." You tell Melody, noticing her shocked expression as she removes her skirt to reveal her white panties. "Please Jack," she begs, "don't do this. Just let me get dressed!" Due to the fact she yelled the final sentence, people begin to look her direction and you hear quite a bit of chuckling. You decide to come to terms with your skirtless friend.

"Alright, I'll make you a new rule." You tell Melody, "but I have to think first."
