Chapter 4: Where Will You Be When Diarrhea Strikes? "Ugh!" You hear Panam groan in pain. "I knew that i shouldn't have eaten those tacos and beans. I need to find a toilet before i shit myself." She mutters as she stops the car near a dirt road and lifts up her leg and lets out a wet fart. "That smells so fucking bad! I think i almost fucking shat myself" The nomad girl laughs as she opens the car door and goes outside..
"What the fuck Panam?" You say as you try cover your nose from the stink that Panam made.
"Who would have know that babe like Panam would be into disgusting shit like this." Johnny says. "You know in the old days, creepy gonks would pay hot girls a lot of eddies just to watch them take a shit."
"Fuck off Johnny, that shit ain't helping." You start thinking about what you'll do next.
