Ever heard the phrase "the only good X is a dead X?" Well, Bowser's never been the brightest or the most creative so he decided to take that literally. If the only good plumber was a dead plumber, what better a dead plumber than an obedient Boo? He had however needed some time to consider exactly what type of Boo Mario would become.
