One day, she spots a giant metal bird crashing into the oceans far off the shores with a wing going down in flames like Icarus. It is only at the shores that she spots the shrunken Son of Man's World, but his gender is forbidden from entering the shores, so she either hides him or brings this matter to her mother, Queen Hippolyta.
After Wonder Woman: Princess Diana of Themyscira recently received word of Flight 407 to Italy passing over the Bermuda Triangle, prompting her to leave her home in Boston and investigate the plane crash not far from the shores of her home island. She finds no survivors in the seawater, as the guarding megalodons already feasted on them, save for one shrunken Son of Man's World washed up on the shores of Themyscira. Wonder Woman will take the tiny boy as her own, either allowing herself or one of her female allies to watch over him.
