As Mike look at the item in his hand he nods and gives a slight grin. The thinking back an object lke this holds great power so he then figures to hold on to it now. Something like this should be used in moderation, plus he though he can also on top of that he might as well find something/someone else to use it on. Knowing that it has a limited charge its best to keep it at 100% since, if something happens he will have left over charge.
