Child with the device

Charlie wakes up early full of energy and wanting to play. She ran to her parents room and saw they were still asleep, she wasn't hungry so she let them sleep and went to go play with her toys. She played for 10 minutes then remembered the new toy her daddy had in the basement and went to go check it out. She entered the basement and walked up to the work bench, pulling over a box to stand on so she could reach, and grabbed the little metal device. She looked it over and wasn't sure what it did but hit a few buttons anyways when...
