"I wouldn't mind staying with you." you say to your friend. "I'm most likely going to be the safest with you anyway"
"Excellent! I mean, as you wish." replies, Lisa trying to hide that she's happy.
"Nice save" you say playfully.
Lisa blushes as she looks away smiling awkwardly.
"Sorry, it's just I like the idea of saving you from an evil cop who would have sent you to your certain death. Plus, I know you're still a human and I will treat you as one but I can't help but think you're kinda cute just sitting in my hand."
You can see Lisa's point, and you trust her enough to know she will not treat you less than human despite how cute she may find you.
"I imagine I am. Just remember I'm going to be your roommate not your pet" you say
"Oh of course! You may be a tiny guy but you're still my friend!" assures Lisa.

"Oh shit, I forgot. What am I going to do about Selina?" says Lisa.
"Who's Selina?" you ask.
"She's my roommate. Don't worry, she's friendly but I don't know how she'd take seeing her roommate come home with a tiny. I don't know her well enough to know what she'd do with you." replies Lisa.
"I see." you say, sounding a bit concerned.
"Well, I could introduce you to her when we get home or if you want I could hide you from her if you're not comfortable with meeting her." suggests Lisa.
