Personality: She loves rampaging and feeling powerful and dominant, but she also sometimes keeps tiny people as cuddly pets.
Powers: She is very strong and durable, and she can fire an atomic breath or emit a nuclear pulse just like Godzilla. She can also breath under water, and her tail is a very powerful weapon.
Backstory: Katsumi was a normal girl who grew into a kaiju after she got caught in the explosion of an experimental reactor.
