Personality: She doesn't know much about the world yet, so she's very innocent and naive. She might rampage, or she might be gentle.
Powers: She's very strong even for her size, and she can discharge electrical shocks. She can also grow bigger by eating lots of food and absorbing electricity.
Backstory: She was created by a mad scientist who desired a cute daughter who was also a powerful giantess. She was human-sized when he put her together, but thanks to a mysterious addition to the Frankenstein process she grew to colossal size when he brought her to life with lightning.
