Personality: Devynn is very fun and playful. She doesn't recognize tinies as living and breathing people, and often likes to test their durability.
Backstory: Devynn was very spoiled by her parents growing up. When she was 11, she shrank her first victim: her 15 year old older sister. Her parents were mortified when they walked in on Devynn torturing her older sister. Afraid that they too might invoke her wrath, they let their only surviving daughter do whatever she wants, especially to the people around her!
