With a little help from Rouge...

Blaze crossed her arms, annoyed by the GUN agent who had decided to pay her a visit.

"What do you want?" She asked, curtly

Rouge smiled. "What's wrong? Can a girl not pay her friends a visit?"

"We're not friends."

"Well maybe that can change, unless..." Rouge stepped forward, Blaze instinctively backing up into a wall. Rouge leaned in, pressing her massive chest into Blaze's far less impressive bust. "You'd like to be more than friends...?"

"E-enough games!" Blaze stammered, unable to hide her blush, "What is it you want???"

"Just to share something with you..." Rouge smiled, "You like my lipstick? It's new. I had one of our scientists develop it for me, off the record of course."

"Hmph. All of that just for some makeup?"

"Oh it's a bit more special than that. I'll show you..."

Before Blaze could react, Rouge planted a kiss on her lips.

"Enough!" Blaze shoved Rouge back, only to freeze as she felt a strange sensation spreading from her lips to the rest of her body. Looking down, she was shocked to find her chest beginning to grow.

"W-what is the meaning of this???"

"Just wanted to test it out is all..." Rouge smiled, " And I thought you would appreciate it."

Blaze felt her chest constricted as her top became tighter and tighter. Meanwhile her ass filled out, stretching her panties.

"Nngh!"

The pressure was becoming too much to bear, until finally her top burst open, with a pair of C cup breasts on display. Similarly, the elastic on her panties snapped.

With that, the growing seemed to stop. Blaze stared in amazement at her body. While not as endowed as Rouge, she now had the hourglass figure she'd secretly dreamed of.

"From what the scientist told me, this'll last for 12 hours." Rouge started, "After that you need to reapply to keep it up. He also said something about 'risks regarding prolonged exposure,' but I wasn't really listening. Anyway,"

Rouge set the lipstick on Blazes counter.

"Consider this an early birthday gift. Ciao!"

She flew off before Blaze could ask any more questions.

Though Blaze doesn't know yet, what will the lipstick do to her if she keeps using it?
