Clair is is the one who talks first.

Tara walks toward her Baby Sister(well, maybe just Little Sister now that Tara's kinda a baby herself).

Clair notices and looks up at her and says "Sissy? You gets Smawwer?" Which Shocks Tara.

Tara wonders what's going on when she suddenly remembers that old cartoon Rugrats, and realizes that now that she's younger she can understand Clair!

Tara says "Da Fawy made me widdle so I can pway wif you betta!". She happily replies.

Tara waddles over to Clair and gives her a hug. What Happens next?
