Trevor was now the center of attention as everyone wanted to meet him. The teacher let everyone introduce themselves for several minutes, delaying class. As Trevor talked with everyone, Cody sat alone in his chair swooning over him. He seemed so confident in everything, and everyone who talked with him was left smiling.
Cody sat with one arm up on the desk with his hand propped under his chin. The girl that sat next to him, Susan, bumped his arm to get his attention, making his head almost smack the desk.
"Whoah! Hey, what was that for?" Cody complained.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to freak you out, but if you stare any harder you'll light him on fire," Susan said sarcastically.
"Yeah, well, it's not my fault he's so hot," Cody said, instantly covering his mouth as he realized he said that way to loud.
"So he's already on fire, then?" Susan asked quietly, encouraging Cody to whisper.
"BLAZING," Cody said, still partly covering his mouth with one hand.
The drama teacher got everyone settled in their seats and began class. Cody struggled to concentrate and looked longingly at Trevor every moment he could. Soon enough the class was over and the students spilled out into the hallway. Trevor rushed on to his next class, leaving Cody behind without so much as a glance.
Jake and Sam walked up to Cody, who was still lost in his thoughts watching Trevor walk away, seemingly forever. Cody sighed loudly with a slight frown as Trevor turned the corner out of view. "And there he goes, out of my life," Cody said, not so under his breath.
"Who's that?" Sam asked plainly. "I thought you didn't want a boyfriend," Sam said, looking at Jake to confirm his suspicion. Jake nodded his head up and down, agreeing about Cody.
"Yeah, but, I fell for him. Literally! I mean I actual fell onto his lap!" Cody said, recalling the event. He thought about Trevor's crotch, and the bulge he saw as he was falling over his own feet. "Oh, I'd give anything to be in his arms again," Cody said, fluttering his eyes.
"This seems pretty serious," Jake said to Sam, who agreed by nodding his head up and down.
"Yeah, Cody, we better do something about this. You know we can't let you suffer with you desires on your own," Sam said while looking into Cody's eyes and gently squeezing his arm.
Cody looked at Sam and said, "I know you guys said you'd always be willing, but I can't keep doing this. You're bi, and I know Jake doesn't really like it, being straight and all," turning to Jake as he said, 'straight'.
Jake responded, "It's no big deal. You know I don't do much anyway. And Roxy knows I'm really close to you guys." He moved in a little closer and said, "She never says anything," reassuring Cody.
"Come on Cody, what do you want to do tonight?" Sam asked. Cody thought for a few seconds, and right before the bell rang, he said...
